Magical Ritual Lore: Used as an offering to both Krishna and Buddha. To dream

of a ruby indicates success in business or money matters or a good harvest.

This stone may grow dark when danger or negativity approaches its owner. Used

as a tool for scry ing. In 13th century magic, rubies were well established

as wealth increasing stones when engraved with an image of a dragon. Use for

all wealth & money spells due to this stones wealth inducing qualities. Worn,

the ruby was thought to convey invulne rability or protection against all

foes, wicked spirits, negativity, plague, fascination (magical manipulation)

& famine. It was also a special mascot of soldiers, guarding against wounds

in battle. The ruby in the home guards it against storms & neg ativity

especially if first touched to the four outside corners of the house.
