MEDITATION ON THE ELEMENTS.

1. Review all information on the element.

2. Find a place out in nature that reflects the element, make sure you are

not disturbed. Do breathing exercises & relax completely, close your eyes.

3. Now softly call the elemental king 3 times, pause & softly tone the name,

giving each syllable equal emphasis, do this 3 times.

4. Now softly sing or tone your name 3 times.

5 Follow this with the vowel associated with the element, as you inhale sound

it silently, as you exhale, sound it audibly. Do this slowly & deliberately

it acts as a signal to your own personal elemental.

6. Now sit quietly & extend your senses, feel & sense the energies around

you, become aware of any heat spot, cold spot, tickle, tingling, pressure or

itch? Listen carefully, what do you hear? Now slowly open your eyes & take

in the scene before you. Just gaze blankly ahead as if lost in thought, do

you notice any tingling, any glimmer of light out of the corner of your eye

or around your feet? Simply observe now analise later.

Be aware that the first time you may not get very positive results due to

nervousness & selfconsciousness, with further meditations the tingling may

become a very real vibration or mild shock, do not panic, just breath deeply

& relax. The spots of light may also change colour & shape, the movement

become very erratic, then form definite patterns or you may see & hear the
