250ml chives, 500ml stinging nettles, 500ml salad burnet, 1 bunch of  celery, 250ml dandelion root, 100ml parsley. Chop herbs finely and cover with water, 2 tablespoons marmite and 1 tablespoon Bovril are added with a dash of soya sauce, boil for 15- 20 min. Top with bean sprouts and grated cheese before serving.
