Include in diet, add to baby powder and
dust feet with the mixture. |

Use in diet, use powdered ginger mixed with
baby powder and dust feet. |

Onion |
Roast and use as a poultice on the
chilblain. |

Potato |
Bake, then mash the inside 7 mix with a
little oil, apply warm and bind in place. |

Banana Peel |
Apply inner side and bind in place. |
COLIC, STOMACH CRAMPS

Lemon Balm |
Tea. |

Blackjack |
As tea, 2 handfuls of young leaves per
large cup of boiling water. |

Wild Sage |
Tea of root. |

Brandy tincture, or a sprig per cup. |

1 teaspoon per cup, infusion. |

Add a pat of butter, a squeeze of lemon and
some chopped mint and drink. |

Corn Meal |
Pour a cup of boiling water over the corn
meal, [teaspoon] add salt and a touch of butter, stir and drink. |

Parsley |
Tea. |

Onion and Milk |
Boil onion in half a pint of milk and
drink. |
|
Ginger Ale |
Half a glass at room temperature. |
|
Coke |
Flat coke, use warm not cold. |
|
Licorice |
Tea from root. [Glycyrrhiza globra.] |

Jamica Ginger |
Half to 1 teaspoon in half a glss of water,
add honey to taste. |

Savoury |
One teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling
water as tea. |
|
Milk |
Boil 1 glass of milk and add a teaspoon of
nutmeg, drink while warm. |
|
Violets |
Use flowers or leaves to make tea, add
honey. Repeat at 4 hourly intervals. |

Buchu Brandy |
Tot taken. |

Buchu Brandy and Bicarbonate of Soda |
Add a pinch of bicarb to tot of brandy. |
|
Blessed Thistle |
Steep a heaped teaspoon of the dried herb
in a bottle of brandy. 1 tot per dose, have some honey handy as it is
extremely bitter in taste. [Cnius benedictus.] |

HERB TEA MIX FOR CRAMP
1 thumb length of Ginger, 250 ml Chamomile, 250ml
Lemon Balm, 250ml Hypericum flowers. Boil herbs in 3l of water, for 5-10
minutes, keep pot covered. Stand, steep, strain. Add a pinch of Cayenne pepper
and drink 250 ml during the attack and then daily for 3-6 days. Keep accessible
in fridge.
HERB MIX
FOR STOMACH ACHE.
125ml Peppermint leaves,, 12,5ml Fennel seeds and
leaves, 250ml Lemon Balm leaves, 1 piece of Ginger in 1l water, boil for 5
minutes, stand, steep and strain. Take 125ml every 15 minutes.
RECIPE FOR SPASMS and INTERNAL PAIN
Take a handful of cloves, 1 tablespoon Allspice,
some Ginger, 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon and place in a quart bottle of brandy. Let
stand in the Sun for a few days. Dose 1 teaspoon in a glass of water.
