E.S.P. Exercises 1

 

 

What makes you psychic?  Spontaneous ESP known as extrasensory perception, is alive & well within each of us & because most of us are not trained it normally takes an intense emotion to spark off the experience.  We all have the ability to tune in on those we love & those that were our soul friends, whether they are near or far at the time, we will know that something is not right, perhaps the person is in pain or somehow hurt whether it is physical or emotional in origin, they will automatically release these vibrations  & like a chain reaction those closest to them will receive it.

 The reaction starts with an uneasy feeling in the stomach area, or the Solar plexus region. At first you will have no idea of what precisely is wrong, you will feel tense & may want to throw up or pass out, this will pass & a vague panic will come in its place, then you will suddenly  " know ".  At this point your psychic mind has tuned your brain waves to the brain waves of that person who is sending out the distress signals, where ever they are, distance makes no difference. They may be sending them out specifically to you or merely into the universe in a form of a prayer or a general call for help, & you pick it up, resulting in the feeling of " knowing " that something is wrong. This alone makes you psychic. Without consciously trying, quite naturally, you have picked up another person’s energy from a distance, as we naturally do when we enter someone's Auric space & are repelled or drawn to it. Your sixth sense, also called telepathy, appears to be the most common form of psychic ability. It is strongest in the very young, many people who have not been trained in a previous incarnation will slowly loose their ability & will only allow the psychic side of themselves to emerge in times of great stress & trouble, then bury it once more. Consider the following experiences, all are considered as excepted examples of ESP which we often conceal from others, for fear of appearing  " touched, " weird " or " wacky " to our family or friends & so we deny one of the gifts given to us to make life more liveable.

1.      Have you ever had a premonition that something was going to happen & it did?

2.      Have you ever suddenly thought of somebody you have not remembered for a long time- then received either a phone call or a letter from that person, or they suddenly looked you up or you run into them out of the blue?

3.      Have you ever had a dream come true?

4.      Have you ever had a waking vision?

5.      Have you ever felt the presence of some one unseen in the room?

6.      Have you often heard voices in your ears, or seen movement out of the corner of your eye?

7.      Have you ever known about a death before it is generally known?

8.      Have you ever felt that someone you know is ill, then find out it is true?

9.      Have you upon awaking instantly known that you were late, before you looked at your clock in horror?

10.  Have you ever seen a ghost, or heard one?

11.  Have you ever heard your name called, then find you are alone or those with you have not spoken or called you?

12.  Have you ever entered a place, then wanted to flee from something unseen?

13.  Have you ever had the sensation of leaving your body, perhaps even looking down on yourself sleeping in your bed?

14.  Have you had a near death experience & gone through the tunnel?

15.  Have you ever woke up & felt uneasy, so you check the doors & widows & find you left on the stove, heater, iron etc. or forgot to lock the door or your car.

16.  Have you ever woken up at night just before the phone rings with some distressful news?

17.  Did you see the Aura or fairies when you were a child, or did you have an imaginary companion?

18.  Have you ever had conversations in your dream state with people that have passed over & they gave you messages to convey to others?

19.  Have you ever had a clear dream of some person who is very wise & they pass on some information that when used helps you to spiritually grow or enhances your life somehow?

20.  Have you ever felt the presence or seen a God form?

 

Telepathy is the link between two minds, regardless of distance, you will find it rewarding to develop this gift by doing ESP experiments & tuning into your inner self. Practise them regularly to improve your performance. Before doing any of these exercises please note the following in your Mirror Book. The number of the experiment, Day 1, 2 or 3 etc. of the experiment. The Time, Date, Partner's name if needed for the experiment, Moons phase, Weather conditions at the time, your health, emotions etc. [If feeling negative or ill abort experiment] & last but not least your results & impressions. Most of these exercises need to be done for at least 3 weeks, before you move on to the next, & they should be done at least once a year there after, if you find that they have not become a part of your daily life.

1.      When you are in a waiting room choose a person who is reading, stare at them while you will them to look up. When they do, smile & say something cheerful & engage them in conversation. Do this exercise often.

2.      Sit before the phone, concentrate on the person you wish to contact. Visualise their face & voice, now send out your call, use their name 3 times & state your need, relax & visualise them getting up & going to the phone. Take a few deep breaths & repeat their name, out loud, stating clearly your need, and walk away from the phone.  This exercise can also be used for letters, except that you concentrate on an envelope, stamp & paper, instead of the phone, then call their name 3 times as above.

3.      Without looking at your watch or clock, close your eyes & see your clock face in your mind & say the time out loud, then check on the real clock. Do this exercise several times a day for three weeks, by that time you need no longer look at your watch, you will automatically know the time or the approximate time, depending on your will power & ability.

4.      When the phone rings or the door bell rings, take a slow breath, close your eyes & tune into the vibration of the person calling, then answer the phone or door, often a name will come to you, if so, say it out loud, then answer.

5.      Get your partner or a friend to work with you on this one. They should stand with their back to you, you stand directly behind them with your power arm extended straight out in front of you,  keep your fingers straight & palm facing downwards.  Keep the tips of your fingers an inch or two away from their backs. Slowly move your hand up or down their spine keeping your arm as straight as possible, concentrate your thoughts on sending all your energy out along your arm into your fingers & through the space between you & into their spine. You will probably get quite a reaction from your friend as the power makes contact. POWER HAND IS YOUR RIGHT IF RIGHT HANDED OR THE LEFT HAND IF LEFT HANDED.

6.      Have your partner, or a friend, strip to the waist & with his/her back to you as with the no 5 exercise, but this time the hand will face towards them, keep the hand at the same distance as the previous exercise. Move the hand at random & have them tell you where it is, then change places.

7.      As above, but using your receiving hand this time. [the opposite of the power hand.]

8.      As above, but using the power hands pointer finger to draw a simple symbol in the air between you, visualise strongly while drawing the chosen symbol, allow your partner to explain the feeling they experienced & guess the symbol. Do 3 different symbols, then change places. [Keep the symbols simple at first, after the first week use more complicated ones.]

9.      Sit before a lit candle, now stretch out your power hand & with a pinching motion from above, will the flame to rise up, now just stare at it & will it to elongate itself, now will it to move to either left or right.

10.  Practice with your Zenner cards as often as possible, these will help you focus & perfect sending out your will power. [If you don't own any, photocopies or drawings work just as well as bought ones.]

11.  Test your powers of observation by having some one put 26 articles on a tray & bring it to you, after 1 minute, cover the tray & write down as many articles as you can remember & change places.

12.  Choose a time each day to do long distance sending with your partner. Try symbols, colours or code words.

13.  Put an object in your receiving hand, close your eyes, do breathing exercises for 3 breaths, totally relax, then tune into any impressions you may get, these may come in visual form or hearing one or you will just know. Experiment with a piece of jewellery, crystal, stone, unopened letter, a herb, a book etc.

 

E.S.P.  2  Exercises Continued

 

All E.S.P. exercises are best done with a partner who is as dedicated as you. Keep in mind that these abilities take time & that you may not have immediate results. In time they will aid you in your magical life, so are worth the effort. The best time to send urgent messages is when the person is asleep, the message should be repeated hourly, in sets of three.

1.      Make a drawing of something while your partner waits in another room, he / she then draws the impressions they have received, Keep the drawing simple. Your partner may wish to try the same exercise while in a meditative state, or asleep.

2.      Study a picture or photograph of your choice, look at it carefully, now silently speak to your partner who is in the next room out of hearing & describe the picture in detail, repeating it 3 times, while visualising yourself speaking to your partner, they in turn write down any impressions, which you will later compare.

3.      While listening to a song on earphones, keep repeating the title, or sing along with the music, while visualising your partner singing with you.  Your partner writes down any impressions. Change places after each exercise.

4.      Take any book, read title 3 times, then the Author's name 3 times pause & keep repeating both for 3 minutes, your partner writes down the impressions.

5.      Think of something special to eat or drink, then slowly build up impressions such as taste, smell, colour & visual of what you chose, see yourself share it with your partner. You may wish to have it present, you can always share it afterwards.  They write down their impressions.

6.      Chose a number & throw the Dice 12 times. Write down the amount of times you scored a hit, always keep a record.

7.      Hold any object in your receiving hand, try to get any impressions, then write them in your note-book.

 

Practise with your divination tool of choice daily, till it becomes second nature.
