I recently decided to lose a few kilogram.
As I am curious by nature I used myself as a guinea pig to analyze my body's responses to various methods of losing weight.
As you have probably noticed from this website, I am not pro the 'You can not' attitude. I am a rebel and I needed a method that will work without my defense kicking in.
