The perception of God

I have noticed over the past 20 years the perception of 'God' has changed across planet Earth.

I see more and more Christians having the guts not to call themselves Christians anymore and feel ok with it.
I see Muslims throwing away traditional laws and views and embrace more open-mindedness.
I see religions in general shrinking.

I see the traditional 'fear of God' being replaced by 'respect for God'.

It is beautiful to watch.

I can see how this planet is unconsciously starting to get one life view and thus everyone is getting interconnected. Will the Aquarian dream come true?

I am writing this so that you realize that what you as an individual is doing contributes to world peace, respect and tolerance and you can be proud of yourself.

I am not asking everyone to abandon their religions, no. Just have respect for other religions. You who create your own religion or belief, do it without guilt.

That reminds me of a story I am about to make up:

There once was a Being called IT.

IT grew up among cows and could not speak any language.
IT was happy and had lots of cow friends and food was plentiful.

One day IT thought about life and death and everything else and by looking around observing everything and cows for a few hours IT came up with the following realizations.

Life ends in death and death end in life.
IT realizes that IT is immortal.
With immortality comes responsibility. IT now understands that IT is responsible for IT's own future and past.

IT looks at the sky and realize how small IT is compared to the biggest thing.
IT realizes that the biggest thing must be everything in order to be the biggest thing.
IT understand that IT is part of the biggest thing and thus have to have respect for the biggest thing. IT starts to look after and care for the biggest thing.

By looking at the cows, IT notices that there are only 2 goals in life and that it is to be happy and to be unhappy.
IT knows that IT would be happier to pursue happiness.

From then onwards IT was happy for most of the time except when IT bumped IT's toe and things like that.

Over the next few years IT met allot of other IT's and learned to communicate with them. IT left with them to visit their homes.
The other ITs showed IT different books.
These books all apparently had messages from the biggest thing for ITs.

There was an IT with a round cloth the size of a saucer on it's head. It's book said that if IT puts a cloth on IT's head and believe in the biggest thing, then IT will live and be happy.

There was an IT with a wrapped up cloth on it's head. It's book said that if IT puts a wrapped up cloth on IT's head and believe in the biggest thing, then IT will live and be happy.

There was an IT that was completely wrapped up in a cloth and it's book said that if IT wraps itself completely in cloth and believe in the biggest thing, then IT will live and be happy.

Other IT's offered amulets and jewelry to go with their books and the promise of life and happiness.

;but IT returned home to live and be happy with the universe and cows.
